Hard to find one this pristine and the case is in good shape considering age. smoking little lap steel

This 1956 "Chicagoan" was manufactured by Valco of Chicago.  The firm was founded by three former National Dobro Co. personnel thus the brand name "National" attached.  This six string steel is original with original working tuner knobs  music notation and clef theme in the neck graphic with numbers providing position indications.  The black and grey "Pearloid" finish is intact and in great shape, almost new looking. The original bottom liner material is intact also.  The male Amphenol connector is original and has not been replaced with a 1/4" socket as sometimes done.  This instrument is offered with the original case in good condition all hardware present and working.

We at Nashville Used and New Music buy and sell products all day and night, both in the store, and online marketplaces. Because of this our inventory is constantly changing. We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes a product is purchased in the store or electronically before we have a chance to update our primary inventory system. We encourage you to call us at (615)-837-7529, or message us on our website with any questions about the availabilty of our products. Many times if we run out of a product we can get another for you, or direct you to something similar. Thank you for supporting Nashville Used and New Music!
