Up for sale here is a Framus Texan with a very far out pickguard! The neck on this guitar feels very much like an electric guitar, as it is thin in depth which is uncommon for acoustic guitars of this era. We suspect it is a 1960s model due to the lacquer checking and construction. The guitar has a very punchy midrange to it, and for being a cheaper guitar does not suffer in the tone department. It has a very balanced low end to it. The pickguard on this guitar is from the factory as it has a silkscreened Framus logo on it that is minorly worn though still visible. We have not seen any other Texans that have this finish color and pickguard. Overall it's a very very cool guitar.
Condition on this instrument is overall good. It has one burn mark on the body near the neck but it is fairly minor. There are dings throughout, though nothing too noticeable.
